Hi everybody welcomes back with a new post today I'm here with another post and in this post right here I'm going to be telling you about five companies that are great to start working from home jobs with so I just feel like these companies if anybody was to ask me what companies to start with I will automatically give them these companies.
I thought it would be great to come to you guys with a list so that you can have this information and if you know somebody that's trying to work from home you can share this post or you can just tell them these companies make sure to share this post with anyone that's looking for real work from home jobs.
Alright, now I do believe right now that most if not all of these companies are hiring so if they are hiring you to know if they're not hiring just go ahead and keep their information and keep the list in the name of the company for future reference because they will hire at some point all right so let's go ahead and get straight into it.
With live Ops, you are an independent contractor so you do have the flexibility to work when you want to work the hours that you want to work depending on which client that you work so they have several different opportunities available and you can pick and choose what's best for you based on your experience or your needs.
They have technical support they have insurance sales customer service you can choose the type of calls and what you want to do with live ops as you see there it tells you the hours for the particular opportunity that you choose so for the inbound sales position they have 24/7 availability so for those of you who are looking to work overnight or you know you're looking to work a specific schedule you can definitely go ahead and choose that opportunity now.
For me, I started working for live Ops when I was still working full time outside of the home and I would work live ops and like 4 o'clock in the morning so I would work from like 4:00 to 7:00 and then get ready for my full-time job and go there so that's how I got started and if you scroll down you see the different hours and the weekly commitment that you must make if you do have to make a commitment to hours so again you can choose what works best for you and what works best for your schedule.
That is why I feel like live Ops is one of the best work from home companies to start with because you definitely are in control of how you want to work and you can put them on your resume even if you only work two hours a week that's still some work from home experience that you could put on your resume and that's going to give you the work from home experience that you need to get in the door to work for other and better company so as far as.
How much you can make with live Ops is definitely going to depend on how much you work and the different clients that you work some of their clients pay a straight Talktime rate generally 25 cents per minute of talk time and some pay a base rate plus a bonus for Commission and some programs pay entirely on Commission you can also get sales incentives which are gonna dramatically increase the revenue.
Also with live Ops you do have to pass a credit check and a background check and they do go ahead and list some reasons that might cause you to fail the background and credit check you can definitely go ahead and check those out and if you have any of those things going on you already know that you may as well not even apply don't even waste your time and I don't know if that's still the case but when I work for live ops I did have to pay out of pocket for my background check and that is non-refundable.
Whether or not you pass the background check or not I'm not sure if they still make you pay for that but back when I started I did have to pay for that so again live Ops is definitely one of the best places to start working from home.
The next company I want to tell you about is Percepta. I really like Percepta I really feel like they are a great company to start working from home with and the reason that I feel that way is because they have a variety of work from home jobs they have a chat job that they hire for probably about two times a year it's a seasonal chat job and then they also have a full-time chat job that they hire for maybe once a year and so that's definitely good because we all know it's very difficult to find chat work from home jobs from home.
They also have other jobs they have like a virtual recruiter job which is really good because it's extremely difficult to find work from home jobs and Human Resources and then they also have an automotive technician job which is currently available right now and then they tend to have the typical customer service jobs and things like that so they definitely give you a nice variety of work from home jobs so just to get into the automotive technician job which is currently available again this is a work from home job you must have automotive repair experience and knowledge and then they have full-time openings with benefits in.
It starting October 21st, 2019 so you know if you have worked on your own car if you worked at a dealership if you worked at a part store this is definitely a job that you can consider working from home and then they go ahead and give you more information about the job they give you your PC requirements and you know they also just give you you know a general idea of what you will be doing which would be receiving inbound context from calls and the web from dealerships competitive make dealerships and independent repair facilities regarding extended service contract coverage so again they go ahead and give you that information right there and then also you must successfully pass a background check depending on location and also possibly a drug test as well as a condition of employment.

If you go to their job section and you search work from home you will definitely see work from home jobs that are available like right now they do have the inbound sales representatives that job is available right now and they have it in several different states and whatever city and state that they list you must live within 60 miles of the state that they list now as of right now they are hiring and they do have start dates of November 4, 2019, or January 27, 2020, and as an inbound sales representative you're gonna be taking inbound calls from customers that are interested in buying insurance there is no cold calling which is great and again like I said earlier they're gonna provide you with the office equipment and training virtually.
So that you can feel confident that you're providing the best customer service while still and I work from home environment and it goes ahead to tell you again the start dates and the training hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Eastern Time you'll have three schedule options that you can choose from in reference to working from home and they're gonna be start times between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. so you would choose which one will work best for you and your situation and as I stated earlier the pay rate is between 16 dot $19 an hour.
So get an additional 10% shift differential pay when you work evenings or weekends they also go ahead and give you 401k and also pay training tuition assistance and Career Development.
For example, the sales support position is twenty-one dollars and fifty cents an hour you only have to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and if you desire to you can work additional hours outside of your scheduled shifts.

Pearson is definitely a really good work from home job that you can do. If you had a bachelor's degree if you want to work with Pearson and with Pearson you would be doing online scoring and if you're not familiar with what online scoring is you would be scoring standardized tests for students from all grade levels and you know it's definitely a really good job to do from home because it's easy you don't have to talk to anybody and you work in the winter and you work in the spring so just to give you guys a little bit more information you know you can score science test you can score writing essays math it's totally up to you what you choose score you can pick what you're interested in when you apply and you can also pick the grade level that you're interested in as well.
